I don’t have a clue where this song came from. It’s just a simple little blues ditty.
I had the horn parts for this song in my head for years. All I had to do was sing them once to Jim Spake and Scott Thompson and they were done on the first take. Jim really plays a great solo on this one.
Bass player Michael Lower and drummer Michael Cherry (Pictured) really laid down a solid bottom. If you listen closely, you can hear one of Mr. Lower's trademark "yelps" coming out of the first chorus.
